    I did not at all expect this would work for me at first… The first day, last Saturday, I smoked about 15 cigs.. Which is normal…. I was like, did I just waste my money??? and then finally yesterday, about a week later, I am down to smoking only 4.. which is the least I have ever smoked a day! So I’m happy to say that this is actually doing something good for me and seems to be working after all!
